If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused merchandise within 30 days of the original shipped date for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.

Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded unless merchandise arrived damaged or the incorrect merchandise was shipped. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges with any returns.

  • All returns must include a completed Return Form (NOTE: returns that do not contain a completed Return Form will be subject to delays)
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Shipping and Handling charges will not be refundable.
  • Remove or cover any original mailing addresses or carrier barcodes from package.
  • Ship your package with a trackable shipping method. Axel Solutions is not responsible for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.
  • NOTE: OctaneLabs does not process exchanges. If you would like to re-order your product(s) in a different color/size or order a new item entirely, please place a new order and once we receive your return we will credit your account.



If your package arrives at OctaneLabs within the 30-day timeline that is listed above, please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Also, allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

A notification via email will be sent to the address linked with your account once this process has taken place. Your banking organization may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from OctaneLabs.
